Lots of challenges

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Time off, studio closes for Holidays

Cons

Understaffed so you will be wearing lots of hats and working long hours. Leadership challenges (too many execs who can't agree make it challenging to make decisions). Promotions are nearly impossible, don't expect to move up here. Salary restrictions (don't expect even a standard cost of living raise). Work/Life balance is not something this company values (don't expect flexible hours as the company does not even provide laptops to give you that option. Women beware, this company doesn't value you.
