Pros

Healthcare coverage (PPO) is excellent. Tuition reimbursement. Adoption benefit. At-work screenings.

Cons

Little to no regard for improving employee retention. Stagnant wage growth. Year after year wages were below every salary calculator's results. Nearly non-existent internal mobility. Walls between business units mean no beneficial interaction with other Viacom entitles. A 100 year old company that acts like one; one that makes little effort to land a spot on a 'best places to work' list.
