Most warm and welcoming company culture, tons of hands-on experience, coworkers who really want you to learn and succeed, amazing resources and support staff, intern events, beautiful office, great pay, etc.

Pros

I've had a few entertainment industry internships before MTV, and I have enjoyed my time here. There is plenty of respect between employees, and office camaraderie is evident. As an intern, I am encouraged to ask questions and be proactive. Primarily, I read scripts, watch cuts, and carry out basic administrative tasks.

Cons

Some of the promises made during the interview process and early days of the internship have not been followed up.
