It's relieving to be in a casually dressed work environment and see young people everywhere. It made me feel like I could bring myself to work. If you find a good boss, your experience will be great. If not, well you may hate Viacom. My bosses and I were super tight. They truly looked out for me.

Cons

Even though I loved my bosses, the office vibe felt pretty cold. The cliques made me think of high school. Viacom does try to have a start-up feel on the surface, but they cannot duplicate the culture.
