Thanks for your feedback, it is unfortunate to hear that you did not see much potential for growth within CBSi. We do have many outlets for learning within CBSi, but we also make sure that all of our employees ‘own’ their own development. Our EyeLearn portal has several in-person and recorded training sessions at our employees disposal to register. And, CBSi employees also have access to both Lynda.com, which has several thousand skill-building and learning tools, and the Harvard Manage Mentor, which offers management development tools. We also host in office ‘power hours’, development classes, and speaker series to assist with learning.
