Benefits and compensation seem incredibly competitive based on all relative things ive seen. Work/Life balance opportunities are great. Great company so far - possibly the best employer to date for me.

Cons

None so far, only time will tell.

I was lucky to work with many dedicated, qualified, intelligent people to in a fun environment. The pay and hours for my position were both decent.

Cons

Tried to be marketing driven, but typically ended up engineering-driven. Unfortunately, this meant shifting gears constantly to change products to match engineer capabilities or interests instead of customer/audience needs.
