Thanks for the review, we appreciate your feedback regarding your time at CBSi. It is great that you enjoyed the location and your co-workers while with the Company. However, your note regarding your experiences with management are concerning, as this is in no way representative of the values and culture permeated from the CBSi HR or executive team. Although the processes may not be apparent to all employees, our internal compensation bands are reviewed several times per year to ensure that employees performing the same job are being compensated fairly and in line with market compensation data. With this in mind, we are still always looking to improve and your feedback is valued as we continue to improve communication in the future.

As you may know, there are several factors that go into developing and executing our pay philosophy and our goal is to reward performance at both the monetary and non-monetary levels. Although our total rewards packages are competitive in the industry, we do understand that for employers who pay is a top motivator, there is always an employer who is willing to compensate more. With this in mind, we do hope that you will consider CBSi in the future as we continue to improve.
