      salary + commissions despite the fact that commissions are equal to non existent

      sales associates treated disrespectfully and no appreciation at all on the part of most of the management

      Great people with lots of knowledge. Really fun environment to work in, especially if you are truly passionate about the department you are working in.

      Cons

      Managers often micromanage in an area of the store that they don't understand to the point that they actually waste the time of associates. They often get carried away with the idea of "running a tight ship" and implement policies that don't help the store or their employees. That being said, there are some fantastic managers who do an excellent job of managing the parts of the store they are supposed to be in.
