      Work environment is WORST NOW than before COVID PANDEMIC.

      Pros

      OVER 80% of Pre-COVID staff did not want to come back to work because of poor working conditions and Store Management culture. They really do not CARE or LISTEN to employees. This is not a "career" place. PRO - This has remain consistent over the years under Bruce Blank.

      Cons

      Recent news - Summer 2022 I went in and the AC is broken and no definateive plans to fix as per Mgmt. Staff are working in 80-85 DEGREE HEAT!!! (employee showed me temp). There is consistently NO WATER in the staff eating area. There is no outside air circulating just stale, dusty indoor air. The place is falling apart and looks dirty and cheap. You're inside with no sunlight or outside air for a full day. Suffocating.

      Pros

      met some good friends here, laid back atmosphere, nice job for part-time students

      Cons

      SO MANY CONS. ONLY WORK HERE IF YOU ARE PART-TIME STUDENT. (see advice to management). Management does absolutely nothing but stare at their phones and send emails out to have things fixed that just gets looped around and nothing gets done.

      Pros

      work closely with the CEO, Buyers on the job training. Onsite: Warehouse, Web, graphics design is at your fingertips. Mgmt training, very strong product training.

      Cons

      Buyers have more control of product movement, and merchandising. No fully operational HR department.
