      Easy Job but still..

      Pros

      Easiest job I've had in my life. Awesome staff, lots of different backgrounds and stories blended into one place. Schedule is really flexible and management is more then willing to accommodate if you need a day or 2 off as long as u told them in advance.

      Cons

      My major issue with paragon is the lack of hours they gave. Most hours you get is about 24-25 because of the high volume of workers so you can always easily be replace. Also not willing to give raises, I work there for a little over a year and was given the run around every time I asked for a pay increase, major part of my decision to leave.

      Pros

      Good pay, flexible hours, decent employees

      Cons

      management is terrible, have been told multiple times to do someone elses job who is at a high pay rate. When asking to be promoted to that job level no agreement was met so I stopped doing that persons work. Sales fell. Employees that know what they are doing eventually leave because they are so fed up with the way things are. Its like being in HS all over again. Gossip, lies, betrayal. If only the owners knew half the stuff that went on... including illegal things. Not that they would care.

      Pros

      Knowledgable and Friendly Staff - Everyone that works here is kind and outgoing. None of that "mean" or "bossy" type people. As long as you do your job, management is really friendly and helpful. Flexibility - Hours are part time, some are full time employees. You work and a commission based system so if you work hard, you can get paid just as we as a full time employee.

      Cons

      Can not complain, for a part-time job it is really one of the best places to be.
