Pros

If your willing to go the extra mile, always be on time, never Goof off, then management will help support and develop you. Plus if you remain flexible with the schedule, the management will help to make sure your shifts fit around college and family issues. You can now see your schedule online at home. Things may seem slow to get processed but paragon does listen and is moving forward with the times. I'm an outdoors type, so I love the free ski trips, free hiking trips up state. And other local social events like bowling, tennis , basketball . Plus charity events. I've now worked two marathon expos, they were three fast paced days and so much fun when you get to work with tech reps and meet other cool people from all over the world. Staff discount is amazing 30-40%. At Christmas the owners give all associates 40% to help with the Christmas shopping. People will make you feel welcomed, and once everyone get to know you, it just turned into one big family.

Cons

For me it's been a positive experience all round, but not everyone fits, it can be sad to see the odd person leave.

Pros

fast-paced, commission-based salary, thorough but efficient training process, 30% in-store discount (I could easily have spent my entire paycheck in that store every week)

Cons

not open to change or new ideas; certain systems are outdated or inefficient, but things continue to be done the way they've always been done
