      They have flexible hours. nice working environment and nice people. I liked working here.

      Since a lot of people are working here. we had to stand and walk all days long.

      Its In a diverse nice area. It is a huge store with tons of products. You can learn a lot about sporting apparel.

      Cons

      Outdated systems. Annoying managers expect perfect performance and attendance. You have to do a lot of things outside of your job.

      I think a couple of the biggest Pros are the ability to speak with senor management including the owner as well as the opportunity to bring ideas to the table.

      Cons

      honestly for myself I have not found any cons. If there are things I am unhappy about I am given the opportunity to talk to people and have them listen.
