      Pros

      The flagship product is perfectly pitched to the mid-tier company, which was Panaya's bread and butter customer for years.

      Cons

      After the Infosys acquistion, there was and is great confusion in how to sell and market the product. Turnover from the CEO down through the ranks has been a constant. Cheap company that doesn't want to pay anyone. Beware, beware.

      Pros

      Great direction, great people, optimistic outlook. In 2015/2016 a new management team was brought in and they have pivoted not only the company strategy and direction, but also the portfolio, the teams and the organizational outlook to its employees. Great place to be! So many great welfare perks.

      changing directions on a dime. Have very low renewal rates hence changing directions on a dime Uncertain future with ownership by INFY
