      Pros

      -Flexibility: the company really cares about your balance between work and family and is very understanding about needing to work from home or run off at a moment's notice -Health: the company cares about the health of its employees and offers exercise classes free, free daily salad bar, and a variety of healthy snacks -Fun: the people at Panaya are great. I really enjoy my team and management. In addition, the company is constantly putting on fun events like movie nights, fun days at the beach or in the city, etc. -A chance to grow in a moderately established company. Panaya isn't too new, but it's not too established either. Which means you have a lot of room to grow within the company without the instability that comes with younger startups

      Pros

      The company compensates its employees well and Managers are actually concerned with their employees capabilities to balance work and home. Employee well being is on the Agenda and high in priority (frequency of special occasion activities and presents is overwhelming) and Management is doing its best using internal communication to keep all well informed and aligned on the common goal. Employees sharing an interest to move throughout the company are encouraged and assisted and people are actually willing to help each other on personal as well as on professional level.

      Nothing I would see as negative.

      Pros

      Our wholesome culture builds people up, and values excellence from so many contributing roles. We manage problems and challenges to grow and transform, without seeking to blame or point fingers. We care about each other. This is a very healthy place to work.

      Cons

      We used to have unlimited ice cream in the kitchen. Now its just that healthy stuff.
