      Pros

      I have been at Panaya for exactly 2 months and came in the office twice only before we all started WFH. After lots of experience in other companies, I can definitely understand why Panaya makes the cut for top companies to work for. Despite being remote – I feel like a member of the Panaya family. Onboarding has been great, the whole team has been extremely helpful and there is always someone to turn to when in need.

      Can't trust company senior management. The company has been stuck for many years... new products just don't fly Technology stack is stuck in the 90s Professional wise - too many mediocre people

      The company's strategy is changing relatively often to adjust to market trends and better support customer needs. This is sometimes difficult to digest and aligning the field takes time.
