      Pros

      I'll support the same comments from the Dec 2017 review. All leadership makes themselves available from Clevel across the board. Every idea is appreciated and most of them instituted into the process. Very inviting, challenging and collaborative. Big family atmosphere. Love this bunch!!

      Cons

      Typical of a small organization. Global company, collaboration is a bit challenging.

      Pros

      The flagship product is perfectly pitched to the mid-tier company, which was Panaya's bread and butter customer for years.

      Cons

      After the Infosys acquistion, there was and is great confusion in how to sell and market the product. Turnover from the CEO down through the ranks has been a constant. Cheap company that doesn't want to pay anyone. Beware, beware.
