Many experienced people trying their best to improve our products and services, generous holiday and vacation allowance, compensation in-line with local industry standards, market penetration, wide latitude for new product development

Cons

Many inexperienced people in management fighting for departmental territory, rampant nepotism/cronyism, old methodology and lack of a centralized data structure, zero compliance - not even possible, dwindling backlog and fewer business prospects as offerability on new aircraft includes competitor's systems

Brand name, good infrastructure in general, discount for Panasonic products

Cons

Frequent change of direction, internal politics, I was there for less than 6 years and had 6 reports because half of them were ousted after political battle. Very hard place to work. Some of other divisions seem to be better though.

PAC is a big company that has a lot of job opportunities. Benefits are about average with the rest of the industry. You won't get fired.

Cons

A lot of over paid employees that just sit back and collect a pay check. Older employees tend not to want to learn or improve their working ways. The are to scared to fire people.
