The job is mindless can auto pilot most days.

Cons

No growth. Seniority doesn't matter. Can get stuck on the same shift for years. Company hires management and lead positions from outside company and not promote field workers to better positions. Annual raises are like $.28 Typical turnover is about a year before someone leaves. Certifying new people takes months before they can help out.

Easy work for the most part. Decent benefits. Over time available.

Cons

Low pay, bad hours, managment and HR don't really care about your concerns. The whole company is one big revolving door. They cant hold on to any quality people because they dont pay the mechanics or technicians enough money.

The management doesn't care in the slightest about it's employees. My advice is if you do get hired here is do the bare minimum because employees that shine are taken advantage of. lots of false promotion promises. They do not promote their own values
