Pros
Vendors come in with free food. Co-workers also come in with food. My co-workers, that I worked with seemed nice, and very helpful. Every now and again they would celebrate things ie: The Superbowl,. Also, they do have good benefits.
Cons
If you like burning like a candle at both ends, this job is for you!! The co-workers at non-management level, care about the jobs they do. They work very hard. Managers here are NOT supportive at all. They dont say anything like thanks for taking on this persons job, since they quit.. Literally, people will take 2-3 persons job without any thank you or validation. Its pretty depressing, as the moral is almost non-existant. At the management level, I can count 1-2 of them that actually care about their employees. The rest have no problem throwing you under the bus. It's very sad. This place has great potential, but not a lot of heart.
