      Pros

      Panalpina was a good company to work for. Employee and customer oriented.

      Cons

      Panalpina was bought by DSV logistics. A lot of Panalpina employees were let go due to the merger. They do not have the same mindset as Panalpina.

      Good place to learn, Bad place to be at for too long

      Pros

      Good place to learn, several teams in each office and chances to pick up how everything works. Some very pleasant and experienced people who have decades of experience. HR, managers and policies that are quite helpful regarding illness, sick pay, etc. Good number of holiday days per year. Some very professional and impressive managers, supervisors and colleagues. Foul language or offensive behaviour against staff is not tolerated.

      Cons

      Pretty fast work environment. Some roles are very KPI-driven with less flexibility than might be fair. Some managers have little to no regard of staff well-being, no matter your value to their department. The value that some management added to the organisation was questionable.
