Cons
1. The people & the culture. Racism is rampant, but not obvious enough for a lawsuit. People are incredibly nosy, and will track your lunch breaks minute-by-minute. The gossip mill is crazy. People will complain about the littlest things to top management, but only about minority ethnicities. 2. Salary is NOT at all competitive. Yearly increments are so minimal, you might not even be able to buy an extra pack of cigarettes. When moving up to a higher role, you will be offered a maximum of 10%. So that means if you had a salary of $3500, and you were promoted to management, your new salary would only be $3850 as a Manager. 3. You will not be considered for a promotion. Ever. Several people have asked about what they can do to move up, and the answer was always the same: "You do not have the skillsets to move up to a higher role." While that may have been true, this company does nothing to improve their employee's skillsets to be able to take on higher roles. The culture is such that you are expected to work here at the same salary & role until you cannot take it anymore or some other company recognizes your talent and offers a better package.
