Met some good people, but came out very disillusioned with how bungled the management is.

Pros

-Good people in the mid to lower areas of the company - decent medical/dental benefits. -good 401k and vacation package. -vast resources for completing the task at hand. -Decent bonus structure. Actually paid out. One of the best in the industry.

Cons

-Management is a "good ole boys' network - but in this instance - European managers in a US Market seems to be more the norm. -Managers who failed at one branch moved to another - if they are EU based. -Poor communication from the top down on matters of changes. -Blame rolls down hill quickly and is passed along and rarely accepted.

job was interesting and it's a great addition to any cv and work experience.

Cons

negative environment. HR dept not there to help you but cover the company's back. colleagues were nice but all seemed to be afraid of the 1 big bully in the office and nothing was done about it. awful. I hope things have improved.
