Reasonable upward mobility. Nice benefits package. Workforce can be hit or miss. The jobs are challenging but not always for the right reasons.

Cons

European company seems to import Europeans for the top management positions in US offices. Overall pay is probably about average for the industry.

Flexible hours, great co-workers, good location, 3 weeks vacation and pension contribution matching up to 4% after 3 years of employment. Recently we've seen initiatives to improve internal communication.

Cons

Very few opportunities for advancement for current employers, however good chances for new hires to negotiate high salaries if coming from a competitor company
