Pros

Talented people, good leadership training

Cons

Changing strategies and focus frequently, too little focus on Customers, sales management in USA HDQ egotistical, not motivational leaders. Infighting between USA area and Americas region.

Leadership training that is afforded to managers, diversified workforce, health benefits.

Cons

Lost concern for the customer. IT implementations are incredibly challenging and long, many times to the detriment of the customer. The direction and goals change too much. It takes a short time to get your team on-board but once you do,it changes again and the cycle repeats (very counterproductive). During the global layoffs, communication to the employees was inconsistent depending which department or country you worked in thus causing employees to work day to day on pins and needles. This distracted from the ability to concentrate on the customers.
