Pros

Panalpina is a global diverse company. Compensation is good for management. It was a different company when I started several years ago.

Cons

Leadership is a closed group of European men, most now from other forwarders. It is unusual when a female is promoted higher than department manager in a business unit. It is hard to know what exactly the company values, mission is other than to copy other freight forwarders.
