Good experience, ability to make a difference, good networking opportunity in the industry. Possibility to move between departments and in some cases various offices.

Cons

Communication from management. Ability to be flexible with changing industry and adapt. No bonus or raise in some years for most employees Turnover is high.

Flexible management, the pay isn't bad. They bring temps in to fill in gaps and the work load fluctuates. The management does not micro manage.

Cons

The benefits are the worst! the 401k is the worst plan I have ever been on. I have yet to try the dental plan out but the medical and 401k absolutely sucks
