      Pros

      Good hard working people work here. Good transparency on local level. Standard benefits. 401K matching/FSA/HSA etc. Offers standard PTO packages for USA. Annual reviews with Bonus structure most years if budget is met.

      Cons

      Poor career development. High turnover of operational customer service reps. High turnover of sales managers. Lack transparency on global or regional level. Bigwigs are also changing year over year. Has been out sourcing dept and jobs to Manila the past few years.

      Pros

      Company was not fussy in selecting its candidates for interview. You can get the job easily as long as you have at least diploma qualification.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of work-life balance, standard procedures with limited skills to learn from, no growth opportunities, no sense of belonging with the team and poor culture.
