Pros
Flexible time of office hours, good bonus, office placed at strategic area with public transportation. an average benefit for the staff.
Cons
No transparency, no appreciation for their employees & their efforts, Favoritism, massive cut cost (exp : biscuits were only available on the closing week means only 1 week in a month) not sure if the schedule has changed now. Increment unsatisfied for the pioneer staff, also the career development even they performed well. Demotivate staff by the team leaders & the managers.
