Slow promotions, lack of opportunity as not many people leave, but when they do, the positions are eliminated to save budget. Slow to identify issues and adapt innovative solutions

Upper management ruled by Danaher and several at the top making too many decisions without truly knowing the business. Outside of the Biopharm division, minimal investment, only running the business for cash, most focused on cost cutting.
