Pros

Not working for them and pay

Cons

Backstabbing managers climbing the careers ladder. No regard for the responsibility and accountability that comes with the role. As a white male, I have witnessed a lot discrimination. Ethnic minorities beware. This is really a bait & switch company. Quality awful, rushed through to look good to senior managers. Individuals who make these decisions are not the ones fixing the problem. Poor leadership, employees leaving like drowning rats. Pall is not the company it was prior to the Danaher acquisition. Conversations happen, then tables are turned at a moments notice. Really watch your back with this business, you have to climb the greasy ladder to get ahead. You have to lie, deceive & throw people under a bus & then you get noticed by people in the company!! Truly appalling company. Diversity a joke, not a single ethnic manager in a top level senior role. The fight is on to get to the top, no matter at what cost. Check vacancies & people leaving… Nothing will ever change in this business, everything is lean with idiotic metrics. Common sense goes out the window. Don’t do it. BTW be prepared to work long hours, weekends to get the job done for peanuts.

Pros

Danaher owned company, which provides the perks of a good 401k match, good pto, and good health care coverage.

Cons

Management is smoke and mirrors. No technical expertise in any of the management, they present a false sense of leadership to upper management but are not qualified for their job titles. Most do not understand the fundamentals of their industry or engineering principles.

Pros

Decent pay with minimal experience

Cons

Management here is shady... They pick favorites around here, they "laid off" 90% of a shift department without warning. Management came in Friday morning at 5am on June 19th and gathered that shift into a room where they would be later fired. Now i know what you're thinking, didn't they just say lay off? Yes, but thats what they told us but instead they bullied these employees trying to get the to sign a paper that states: termination AND not being able to work for this company or ANY company affiliated with them. In the computers, it states that all those individuals were terminated in the system. They then went along and told these people that they would be the "first" ones they call back, this company does nothing but lie.

Due to the current, unforeseen circumstances related to COVID-19 and how it impacted our business, we needed to make some difficult decisions that affected our associates. We really do value all of our current and former team members and, as soon as the Aerospace business rebounds, we fully plan to rehire associates as jobs become available. If you have further questions, please reach out to your local HR team.
