Pros
That you can be lazy and nobody cares. Get paid for doing almost nothing. Close to home.
Cons
The Management is the worst a lot of family working in the company and helping friends climb the position ladder with out the requirements. Lot of people over 30 year working slowing the production and passing the lazy way to the new employee who quit in month. The old ones you tell them to do their job and they tell you that is not their problems. But also almost all the Manager and supervisor are more that 25 year working on the company. They forgot that the world has evolve. Some of the techniques they use are obsolete. An also they don't have a competitive salary.
