      Pros

      Great products with lots of market potential. Many good people working to improve the products and service the company's markets.

      Cons

      Bad culture. Everyone is afraid to raise concerns, complain or even make suggestions for improvements. They are afraid that they will be put on the list for the ever continuing reductions in force.

      A Danaher acquisition that was great for Pall. Danaher is making a good company better.

      Cons

      The Pall management in Systems Sales needs to have a better understanding of what clients need and the ability to respond to those needs. The management team is prone to limiting innovation that would keep Pall as an industry leader
