Used to be a great place. Now its just a bunch of pissed off people gunning for each others throats to climb up the Danaher ladder

Now its just a bunch of pissed off people gunning for each others throats to climb up. Everyone's hopped up on Women's rights, BLM, D&I and if you dont sing that song.. you're out! The politics at this place is just mental!

Easy to feel good about Pall products, Lots of long-tenured employees, very knowledgeable and generally friendly, no shortage of challenging and varied work

Cons

More and more corporate mantra and philosophy dictating decision making. Like all large corporations Danaher will squeeze more and more from less and less to maximize profits and long-term shareholder return
