Don't think it has any. Work only if you really need money.

Cons

They promote the people who doesn't have any sense of talking. I stood at a shift where I was given no breaks, no radio and no one came to ask if I needed anything. Stood there for 8 hours. The regular employees at site treat casuals as not humans, with no respect. There is no check on the behaviour of employees and management doesn't answer the emails or calls. The Alberta center doesn't care about you. There was a employee who was late about 1 hour and I had no phone number to contact anybody. Somehow I asked my friend to find number online and the contact center asked me to wait and call them when other guard shows up.

Pros

Aside from the amazing personnel that work at Paladin, they have an amazing training program. The program is fully paid and super comprehensive and sets you up to be ready for any real world situations. As far as pay goes, Paladin pays the most competitive wages compared to various other security companies that I looked into. Like I said earlier though, it's the people that make Paladin a very enjoyable place to work. They have a great sense of honesty and unity that I appreciate in an employer.

Cons

At first, I had a few issues with the way schedules worked as I wasn't getting the most favourable working periods but I did have a discussion about it with my supervisor and they were very accommodating to my needs.
