Not much... The job in healthcare is great, but this has very little to do with Paladin. They just bid on the contract, and the customer outlines the job.

Cons

Very bad pay, Very disorganized management, no benefits, poor coverage for sick days and holidays.

We cannot control the economy, but work hard to ensure that all of our people are paid well above the industry average. We also provide all of our employees with additional "employee perks" or partnerships with local retailers and service providers. In addition, for all eligible employees, we offer a comprehensive benefit plan that includes dental insurance, extended healthcare coverage (physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractor, etc...), life insurance and prescription drug coverage. Good company. Caters to guards individually unlike other security firms who do not care about their employees as they have many. Good site locations.

Cons

Operations calls constantly for open shifts, annoying if you are already working and they call you for some other shift. Good however for people who need work
