Paladin is Canada's fastest growing security provider so there are loads of opportunities to advance your career. it didn't surprise me at all that they won Best Place o Work 2016, they're easily one of the best managed companies I've ever worked for and they go out of their way to do right by their employees

There really haven't been any.

Working for Paladin has done wonders for my career. It's by far the best experience I've had - both on paper and on the job - so I know I'm going to end up being much better at what I do thanks to these guys.

Good way to get your foot in the door.

Cons

This company attracts a lot of people not suited for security work such as those who were turned down for police work due to mental issues (IE anger problems). Lots of office politics and backstabbing people to get one's way.
