      Good way to get your foot in the door.

      Cons

      This company attracts a lot of people not suited for security work such as those who were turned down for police work due to mental issues (IE anger problems). Lots of office politics and backstabbing people to get one's way.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      Cons

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
