Pros

I entered Paladin with no prior experience. They gave me the training and helped with the certificates. My direct supervisor was great and guided me during my first shifts. Everybody was welcoming. My fellow security officers were very supportive and helped me transition into the job. One year into the job, and I am having a great time.

Cons

There is nothing worth mentioning.

Pros

Smooth job entry process, great for first time job seekers. Competitive pay and benefits - pays more compared to similar agencies. Multiple placements to choose from, select one which is nearer home. Plenty of opportunities for overtime. Provided new uniforms and assisted in licenses. Interview was straight forward. Training provided during the on-boarding process. Flexible work schedules, stable hours, camaraderie.
