Smart and professional teammates. Supervisors are easy to reach, we make suggestions and every complain we might have is solved fast and easily. They have a nice attitude. Good feedback and communication. The work policies are clear. Training program is very helpful. Even if you don't have a license, this company will support and help you. Decent pay and on time.

Most of the staff members are great and very easy to work with. Overall the company is well-organized and the communication from the management is effective. They will do their best to find a location and a shift that works best for you. The job requires attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility and a positive mindset.

Cons

Some days are tougher than others.

Great benefits working for a leading security company. 100% job security. Good payment. Free training. Flexible schedule. Over my many years here, I really can say that this company promotes from within. Yes, it required some time, but I finally got a higher paying job. I appreciate the respect received and I honestly hope that I will work here for many many years.
