      Pros

      Location (if you live in West London). There are some great people to work with (not always easy to find though!)

      Cons

      Highly political environment, lack of clearly communicated vision/strategic direction, very poor internal communications. Not a fun working environment (which is highly ironic, considering it's a gaming company -- felt more stifling and depressing than working for a large bank/conglomerate). A bit of a race to the bottom as poor performers don't get penalized and good employees aren't rewarded (and therefore get frustrated and leave).
