      Pros

      HQ location is good and the company still has a few knowledgable people. For many years the company employed people with the correct profile now, its just anyone with a bit of enthusiam.

      Cons

      Company has gone backwards since new maagement has taken over (basically since it went from being a IT based company to a spnortbook).
