Going through transitional phase, needs to be careful it doesn't lose its identity as employee turnover increases

Fun Entertaining Surroundings. Not your traditional stressful call center.

Cons

No room for growth. Dubious business practices. Management divides more than it unites it's teams. Leadership is very poor, unreliable and shaky. Be prepared for there to always be a problem with your paycheck. There is no uniformity in management and even less with the staff.
