Pros

Very good people to work with, fun and relaxed atmosphere, easy to gain responsibility if you show promise. Beer fridge on Fridays.

Cons

Next to impossible to get a pay rise unless you threaten to leave, regardless of your performance review. Cafeteria food also highly variable in quality.

Pros

This is no more a "Tech Company" than a bank is a tech Company since both will chose to offer their real product via the current most efficient medium, "E-Commerce" . They make nothing . This is a Gambling book keeper . In my experience it feels like one. A good spot for desperado Engineers . Management play constant mind games. Strong skilled Engineers won't last long because Management will get rid of you. Great for "yes men" who can enhance the image of Managers as expert strategists and crisis managers whilst most crisis are either over inflated or needless. 75% of the workforce is either off shore or economic Migrants from places employment rights are at an infancy . Therefore, the tone is set by the ability of Management to over work and treat most employees badly. A complete lack of British values and decency . A notorious Manager there who is generally very weird, but very aggressive. Not for the faint hearted. Careful if you are a native English speaker; you will be swarmed by project managers who are sick of dealing with others. Careful if you are an experience Engineer, you will be swarmed by ill prepared colleagues hired by management into roles they are ill prepared to do . As a bonus, Management will look to you with suspicion whilst you train staff. A strange practice of not addressing minor questions or issues one to one, but waiting until meetings to call you out. This makes good working relationships impossible. Secretive Management and no network documentation.

Cons

NO MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL IN A BUILDING IN WEST LONDON! Multiple meetings within 10 minutes of each other with the same people. Management will only talk to you in meetings A shadow hierarchy despite the whole team having the same title
