      Pros

      The Phillips Van Heusen Corporations does a good job in understanding that you need to treat your people well and they will florish in this type of environment. This company has taught me to put people in front of profit. I have always been treated professionally and respectfully in this company. The company is very gererous with holiday time off, giving us extra associate days off, and half days. My department was a great place to work. I am going to miss working for this great company.

      Cons

      The only downside is a long commute to work. Sometimes the hours increase during the year, but this happens in all jobs.

      Pros

      Apparel Giant and you get a lot of discounts on Calvin Klein, Bass, Van Heusen, Izod and Geofrey Beane apparels. The senior management representing the company is very cutting edfge

      Cons

      The IT department sucks big time. As much as the business is cutting edge, the IT department is living in stone age. The senior management representing IT has no idea of how to run the operations. Any idea that you might have as an individual gets shot down by the senior management. You are constantly questioned and under radar.
