There are opportunities for those interested. Everyone is expected to do their best and held accountable for their work. The benefits are great and there is a lot of support for employees from upper management.

Cons

The only cons are typical of any retail store, the customers. As long as you're in retail or any customer service position you'll find this.

The company has a good 401K plan, good stock standing, and great vacation package. And of course one of the most attractive benefits of all is the clothes discounts.

Cons

Avoid working for the IT organization, its is treated as a second class citizen compared to the rest of the company. No career development.
