Great discount at five stores.

Cons

Pay. Forget being promoted. They work you way about your job title and do not compensate you for it. Senior Management is very two faced.

Great benefits; Focus on continuing education; Great work/life balance; Plenty of room for growth in most divisions; Very focused on the health and well being of their employees; Excellent environment to learn and grow; Many people have been with the company for 25+ years...speaks volumes

Cons

Very little international travel for design, product development and sourcing associates, only directors and VP travel...not good for grooming and retaining up and coming talent; depending on the division, there could be some long hours, but it's never forced on you...it's just the workload and what it takes to get the job done

Cons

Well if you heard about favoritism before, then you wll definitely see it happen in front of your face here in this company called PVH. If you want advancement well you better have a B.A in kissing up to higher management.
