      Not a great place to grow despite what's promised upon hiring

      Pros

      Close to home. Pretty good benefits and perks. 1/2 day Fridays in the summer and casual Fridays all year. Pretty generous PTO policy.

      Cons

      Unfair promotions given in dept. Managers promote whomever they seem fit. No room to grow within dept. HR dept is no help at all! Most mgrs do not communicate well or care to even try.

      pretty flexible in terms of scheduling needs. good employee discount with no restirictions. employee discount extends to sister companies like calvin klein and bass

      terrible pay. no consistency. management is pretty incompitent. corproate directives do not benefit lower employees. no chance for advancement. j

      the management at my store is awesome and i would not trade them for any thing. discount is good

      Pay sucks no benefits for part time help disrespectful district manager not enough hours to get projects completed always terminating people work you to the bones expects to much from people cut hours alot if u dont pass the first test to be a manger you can never retake the test some thing they want you to is ridicules they create more work than u need at one time
