      Pros

      PVH is definitely a family-oriented business. My Center Manager was permitted to work 9-5 and one weekend day. My store took a lot of pride in our hard work ethic and found common ground to enjoy each other's company.

      Cons

      "Weekly Communication" was largely ignored. Disciplinary action was left to the manager's discretion and frequently you could not find support from your immediate supervisor. They left you floundering if it was a business-first decision and not a feelings-first decision.

      Pros

      Close to home. Pretty good benefits and perks. 1/2 day Fridays in the summer and casual Fridays all year. Pretty generous PTO policy.

      Cons

      Unfair promotions given in dept. Managers promote whomever they seem fit. No room to grow within dept. HR dept is no help at all! Most mgrs do not communicate well or care to even try.
