Pros

Young, mostly artistic people. Many had second jobs going to school at Berkeley, DJing, bartending, etc. Amazing products that you can stand behind in a great location: Newbury Street. Lots of international customers. Weekends are a madhouse but are fun. Often there's a live DJ. Challenging and fun experience, and the benefits (aka free or discounted clothes/shoes) are amazing!

Cons

The place was way to small and the layout of the store made it difficult to get around when it was crowded. Also the inventory room was downstairs and shoes/clothes were sent up via pulley cart. It's a pain to wait for shoes when your customer wants to try them on immediately. It could take up to 15 minutes during a rush hour and sometimes you would have to jet down and get them yourself only to find they were out of stock.

Pros

they are the "blue mountain"; smaller than other big mountains / companies, but because they are smaller and shorter they are blue instead of white and snow-capped, so they stand out more.

Cons

it is a retail job after all.
