Pros

You get to wear jeans and hoodies. You get to work with great people at the store level. You get free clothing a couple times of the year.

Cons

Management outside of store treats store level employees as if they do not exist, but will do contests to try to show that they care.

Pros

As an intern, I was given adequate work (not busy work as my last internships had given me). My management was completely respectful, and treated me like a team member rather than a college student. The perks (and I don't just mean free merchandise) were beyond worth applying there for full-time employment! And apparently, from what I've heard, the benefits are amazing. The central location in Boston (right on the seaport, across from the Harpoon brewery), make it a fun place to be in the summer as well!

Cons

Unpaid internship..but most are! Also, just the inconveniences of public transit in getting there (I had to switch trains three times).
